History

«Spetsautocenter» branch of GlavUpDK under the MFA of the Russian Federation was established in 1976 on the basis of the Garage for foreign missions.

In 1986 a repair department building was constructed in close vicinity to the parking facilities. Thus the range of Spetsautocenter»s services widened significantly with addition of car wash, technical inspection and repair services.

In 1988, for the first time in the USSR and Russia, a section for BMW cars maintenance and repair was established in cooperation with West German Gewika firm. In June 2005 Spetsautocenter was reorganized into a GlavUpDK branch.
